I had a decent stay at this hotel. The service was a bit hit or miss; some staff were friendly while others seemed unwelcoming. The location was fantastic, right on a beautiful stretch of Juhu beach, making it convenient for relaxation. However, the rooms need updating and the air conditioning wasn't ideal. Overall, it was a good value for money, but some improvements could really elevate the experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right by the Juhu beachfront, and offered amazing views of the Arabian Sea. The staff was quite friendly, especially Samir Vaidya, who truly went above and beyond. However, the rooms felt quite average and definitely in need of refurbishment. There were also issues with the bathroom having no hot water, which was disappointing.
